Thai food is one of those things that always sound good to me, and when my friend invited me for a dinner at Celadon at Powerplant Mall , I was rather excited to try a new place - new at least for me. Located at Unit 145 R1 Lopez Drive, Rockwell (same side as Barcino), the restaurant has an outside dining area, which is perfect for a nice breezy summer night. And even if it's stinking hot, like it has been all summer, their ceiling fans are powerful enough to make al fresco diners feel comfortable.

I've always loved trying out new dishes in the kitchen, and while I like having cookbooks around, I've discovered a "new" product that has become a staple in the pantry: Asian Home Gourmet ready-made spice pastes. I've always loved to cook, but I've never been one to do well following recipes.
