The only constant thing in life is change and I am facing so many of them right now. Everything's happening so fast that I feel my head spinning, literally. I am thankful that I got a day off today because I have time to think and reflect on these changes.

We've ordered the wood and other materials for downstairs and the carpenters are already hard at work. And as I sit here beside my exercise bike (which now functions as a hanger), I can't help but think that I should also plan changes regarding health.
