Considering Diet Pills

One of the things that I love about my job is the team that I work with. While we are all unique in our own ways, there is one thing that unites us strongly - the love for food! Indeed, we've heard other people say that our team does nothing but eat (of course, we work while we are at it, you know!).

Anyhow, ever since I started with the team, my weight has definitely gone out of control. I do take full responsibility for this and you know I have tried (see my post on the exercise bike cum clothes hanger). However, it seems that as you get along in years, losing weight becomes harder and harder. Not to mention the fact that eating is one of the pleasures in life that you treasure the most!

So here I am trying to think of more ways to shed the extra pounds. One of our team members is a strong advocate of diet pills and I am becoming more and more inclined to follow in her steps. I am not sure what exactly she's taking but I have been reading up on Phentermine and it seems to be a good idea.

Of course, I have to consult my doctor if I can take this (or any diet pill in general). I haven't made up my mind but I really am considering it.

Any input?

  1. Oh Dreamwalker, I've tried phentermine and the B12 shots, that does not work. It is only a temporary help. I would suggest Weight Watchers to you. It works if you stick to it. But the thing with that is you can't do it alone, you must go to the meetings. Good luck with your weight loss. I also found that if you exercise 5-6 days a week that makes more of a difference than just your diet. (^_^*)

  2. Thanks for the input, guys! And yeah, Chatalie, exercise does seem to be my best bet, doesn't it? It's just so hard! LOL

  3. What youre saying is completely true. I know that everybody must say the same thing, but I just think that you put it in a way that everyone can understand. I also love the images you put in here. They fit so well with what youre trying to say. Im sure youll reach so many people with what youve got to say.
