I really wanted this to be a full blown post, but I have decided to put it off till I get my other project up and running. TEASER: A new site all about the life of a roaming freelance writer who has been bitten by the travel bug. I am really excited about it, but sadly, I haven't had the time or resources to set it up. I do have the domain, though! (That I will keep for the "unveiling.")
So anyway, I have finally left my condo of a little under two years. I was very anxious about the move and facing the unknown. So anyhow, I am now officially a hobo, albeit a nonconformist one. I may not have my own house with fireplaces, or even my own address, but I am living quite comfortably.
The traditional cloth on a stick that hobos carry has been replaced with my trusty old backpack and one daypack (plus several boxes of stuff conveniently stored at my friend's place). For the next few weeks, I have a "sure" roof above my head - a nice one, too!
As that song goes, "whatever tomorrow brings, I'll be there with open arms..."
