Thankful

It's been rough, but yesterday and today have been much better. I guess we all have these moments, when we realize that we ought to be thankful for the things that we have; that we have a lot of things that we might take for granted.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in the Philippines, but I think I am making Thanksgiving this year; as in cook and prepare a whole affair. We normally go out for that dinner but this year, I am going to do something else - or at least try. At least we can get turkey here, and everything else needed for Thanksgiving dinner. One thing we DON'T have is Black Friday - I wish we did, it would be fun.

Anyway, I got more than a month to prepare. In the meantime, I can dwell on being thankful.
